Valentines Day Dinner

Treat your special someone to dinner at DeBretts Kitchen.
Five course menu with cocktail on arrival for $90 per person.

6pm – 8pm
8.30pm – 10.30pm

amuse bouche – chef’s creation

2nd course

seared scallops
avocado, green apple, crème fraiche

goats cheese gnocchi
pea puree, parmesan crisp

crispy pork belly
roasted cauliflower puree, nam jim slaw

3rd course

meditearranean lamb mini roast
piripiri, tomato, mint labneh, summer greens, anchovy & potato gratin

fish a la meuniere
parsnip puree, spinach, seasonal greens, butter beans, semi-dried tomatoes, almonds

one pan chicken kiev
confit chicken leg, squash saag aloo, greens, chicken jus

4th course

sparkling rose and berry sorbet

5th course

chocolate textures
white and dark chocolate mousse, mandarin, caramel, chocolate soil, white chocolate sorbet

coconut mousse
milk chocolate, coconut sponge, pineapple & rum salsa

french lemon tart
lemon sorbet, italian meringue
