We invite guests to channel their inner Jay Gatsby or the delightful Daisy Buchanan as they take an almost century wide step back in time for an afternoon of glamour, delicious treats and prohibition cocktails. High Tea is served in the vibrant art deco surroundings of Hotel DeBrett on Saturday and Sunday, seating times from 12.30-4pm.
Roaring 20’s High Tea – $59 per person
Indulge in savoury delights such as chicken cucumber sandwiches, smoked salmon and avocado roulade and asparagus mascarpone roll before enjoying a decadent sweet selection including lavander candy marshmallow macarons, raspberry layer cake and banoffee choux.
Tipsy Tea – $79 per person
Cocktail enthusiasts will love our Tipsy Tea, teamed with a substantial Roaring 20’s High Tea stand and classic cocktail flight – a trio of prohibition drinks made up of the Bees Knees, Mary Pickford and Strawberry Rickey.
Dress Code – ‘Flappers and Dappers’ are most welcome, and can be complemented by Hotel DeBrett’s 1920’s inspired packs from $15 per person; filled with faux pearls, elegant headbands, demure long gloves and bright feather boas.
Saturday and Sunday seating times from 12:30-4pm, within the Restaurant Atrium and Drawing Room. Seating times are 2 hours in duration. Our team will contact you regarding any dietary requirements and credit card details. Your High Tea is prepared to order. Please advise any changes to your booking by 6pm the day prior to avoid cancellation / no show fees.
